HERCULES LAST SUPPER
The sacral number twelve… Twelve labors of Hercules… Twelve Disciples of Christ… the white plaster bust of Hercules is adjoined with the golden VR glass depicting the Last Supper of Christ.
But why Hercules wears virtual reality glasses to see the future, especially a scene from The Last Supper? Will he tell people that Jesus is mortal in the scene? Or will he just enjoy the moment and see what people eat in the future?
The artist has invested all the skills and efforts to present this wonderful piece of art that has both heroic and visionary appeal.
Adding it to your home interior will show your refined taste and the pursuit of the beautiful, powerful and sacred.
Material: Plaster

Meet The Artist-Dervis Akdemir

Dervis is a sculpture artists with an speciality in pop art and minimalistic designs. He’s graduated from King’s College London and honoured with The Arthitectural Imagination certificate from Harvard University. One of his artwork featured in Love Island’s recent season and published on Hello Magazine. In a short period of time Dervis’ sculptures picked as Best of May in Artfinder, Beulah’s Portrait Picks, and Minimalist Interior designs pick from editors. In his works he’s inspired by Greek Mythology and historical events that shaped current society. Each design is harmonised with opposing elements to question the notion of impossibility.

The problem with art is that much of it is overpriced and out of reach. Today, people are turning to popular art for its approachable representation of modern-day life.

Much of the modern art we see in design shops is repetitious and unvaried. Factory produced, and lacking originality or emotion. Here at Artchi, we believe that art is just as important as your home furnishings.

Artchi online is curated by local Anatolian artists merging ancient sculpture with the flare of modern-day design. Each limited-edition collection guarantees your piece is valuable and in demand. Our partnership with the Mental Health Foundation means that every purchase helps support someone in need.
