Witts Design, was founded in 2014 by Michelle and Stephanie Witts. This mother and daughter team came to life in the midst of both designers studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design. Their undoubtedly high quality designs stem from a combined knowledge of fashion,interiors and print which span over multiple decades leaving their clients with cutting edge contemporary prints.

Their pieces are inspired through what they see and experience in the world around them. This allows them to explore everything from urban city life to the rural parks in the country. Stimulated by natural and manmade environments, these effervescent designers seek and succeed in creating designs which ooze individuality.

Traditional methods such as screen printing, alongside the modern digital techniques of using photoshop and illustrator, are incorporated into the process of creating such elegant designs. Between both Michelle and Stephanie, they possess a wide range of skills in dyeing fabrics as well as a variety of embellishment processes including embroidery, beading and laser cutting. These techniques, alongside their creative and active minds, allows them to enhance each design to fulfil their clients’ needs.
